What is KEAM?
It’s called the Kerala Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM). The Commission runs it for Entrance Examinations in Kerala (CEE). Every year, the exam lets people who want to study BTech at government and private colleges in Kerala take it. Getting good grades in class 12 and being on the KEAM 2023 rank list will play a role in getting into the school. KEAM 2023 Exam Pattern
According to the KEAM exam pattern from last year, you can expect this year.
- How many questions are asked? There are 120 questions for each subject.
- In each paper on the KEAM exam, there are 150 minutes for each question.
- Candidates who do well on the Engineering Entrance Exam will get 4 points for each correct answer.
- Negative marking: 1 point will be deducted from the total score for each wrong answer.
- People in Mumbai, Delhi, and Dubai will take exams at the places chosen for them.
Weightage:
- Engineering courses will be graded on a scale of 5:3:2.
- For Medical and Allied Courses, there will be a relative weighting of 9.7.5 out of 10.
- For B. Pharm, the exam will be worth 9.7.5 out of 10.
According to official information, KEAM rank lists are made up of 50:50, with 50 percent of the results from Class 12th or more board exams and 50 percent of the results from the entrance exams taking up 50 percent of the list.
