In the first phase of the Jharkhand Panchayat Election, 6231 candidates have been elected unopposed and out of these, a maximum of 6085 people have been elected as ward members. No one has filed a nomination on 707 seats, so in this case, these seats will remain vacant. These include 691 seats for Gram Panchayat members, 6 for Mukhiya, 9 for Panchayat Samiti members, and one seat for Zilla Parishad members.
