Earlier, the Ministry of Education under GOI had announced the news of the organizing of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission of Under Graduate and PG Courses. There is a total of 44 CUET participating Universities and colleges for the academic session 2023. There are 54 Central Universities in India as of now including the University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Banaras Hindu University and out of these 55 Universities, only 44 central universities are participating in and accepting the score of CUET 2023 .
